Ms. Klein was very patient with me even on my worse days. She always got back to me in a timely fashion. I asked her if she ever takea a day off because no matter what time of day or night I would emai her a question that just popped in my head and she always responded within 24 hours. Although the majority of the time she got back to me within 15 minutes. Ms. Klein made me feel like I was her only client. She explained how the process would work in my case and gave me a good estimate of what to expect. I truly did not believe I had a case until I contacted her. Christine was the only lawyer who took my call on the spot and worked with me and gave me advice regarding my child custody case. For that, I hired her and she has fought for me for a year and got me my daughter back. She worked with me and most importantly, she believed in what I was fighting for and never gave up. I needed my will to be consistent with the terms of my divorce agreement. Christine clearly explained which assets were to be passed along via the will and which assets were to be passed along by law. She was able to help me understand the purpose of a living will and health care proxy so that decisions will be made by the person I choose in case I am unable to. She took time to discuss the issues I was concerned about and to make me aware of decisions I should make that I did not know about.
